Mid-late silage maize with high dry matter and starch yields
Next to high dry matter and starch yields, PURPLE also has a high fodder quality. The large plant has an intermediate stay green characteristic combined with good stability and good health of the leaves. The variety is interesting for biogas production because of its high methane yields.
