Profile
Sorghum bicolor / DUAL-type
Two starch-rich dual sorghum types are combined in this mixture, being suitable for the feeding of cattle and dairy cattle (starch content up to 30 %).
Early maturing, grain-focused DUAL sorghum types with heights of 1.80 to 2.50 m have been developed by DSV.
Due to their high fodder value, the combination of several DUAL-hybrids is attractive for cow feeding.
The mixture is a great supplement or substitute for maize silage due to its high dry matter yield and high starch content.
