SCHWETRA is the first registered tetraploid Meadow fescue in Germany. The variety achieves good yields and is winter hardy and persistent. Compared to other varieties, SCHWETRA has a good forage value concerning sugar content and digestibility. The loose sward makes SCHWETRA to a good mixing partner for legumes.
