Profile
This mixture contains high percentages of grasses that are expected to have a low fructan content*. This makes it possible to reduce the risk of developing laminitis after grazing. The mixture is therefore suitable for pasture use. Furthermore, it can also be used for hay and silage production. In case of heavy treading or browsing, however, COUNTRY Horse 2117 is primarily recommended.
- Fructan-reduced*
- Lower risk for laminitis*
- For grazing, hay- and silage production

Notes
*) Fructans (sugar compounds) are under discussion to promote laminitis in susceptible horses. The fructan content of grassland stands depends on the grass species and in particular on weather factors. They are beyond our control, so a low fructan content cannot be guaranteed.
